At the end of 2019, the MIR autonomous transportation robot project was successfully delivered and put into use. Four MIR500 autonomous mobile transportation robots were used to consider transportation needs. The Fleet vehicle scheduling system automatically adjusted the operation of the four vehicles, with a payload of 500KG and a maximum movement speed of 2m/s. The robots can automatically open and close doors and elevators through signals, pick up and release goods from the shelves, and each of the four vehicles is equipped with its corresponding automatic charging station. It can be fully charged in one hour to complete uninterrupted transportation for about ten hours. During idle transportation intervals, intermittent charging back to the charging station can meet continuous transportation needs.
