ALSONTECH Automotive Body Positioning System AT-S1000-03D is a set of 3D vision system that uses multiple sets of vision sensors, scanning and image processing of body features to obtain real-time spatial position offsets of the body and guide the robot to realise trajectory compensation. Through more flexible 3D vision processing, it ensures the accuracy of downstream robots in performing process steps such as painting, gluing, welding, etc., and achieves the upgrade of manufacturing from automation to flexibility.

The above parameters apply to a single group of products. The standard is for four groups of one set.

The system allows for a maximum body in place deviation of vehicle forward direction ± 50mm, deflection angle ± 5°. Any deviation beyond this will affect the effectiveness of positioning.
