Introduction to electric suction cup:

Working principle: By using suction cups to attach to the surface of the workpiece and using highly flexible specialized fixtures to transport the workpiece, an automated end picking and transportation system for the workpiece is formed through proximity sensors, programmable logic controllers, etc., ensuring the end picking and stamping speed of the multi station press during normal operation.

 

Advantages: It has the characteristics of small size, high transmission efficiency, high rigidity, and overload resistance. At the same time, due to the small clearance, rotational vibration, and inertia, it has good acceleration performance, can achieve smooth operation and high accuracy. Introduction to vacuum suction cup:

 

Vacuum suction cup, also known as vacuum lifting device, is one of the actuators of vacuum equipment. Generally speaking, using vacuum suction cup to grasp products is an inexpensive method.

 

Working principle: First, connect the vacuum suction cup to the vacuum equipment through a connecting pipe, then come into contact with the object to be lifted such as glass, paper, etc., start the vacuum equipment suction, generate negative air pressure inside the suction cup, and thus firmly suck the object to be lifted, and then start to transport the object to be lifted.

 

When the object to be lifted is transported to the destination, it is smoothly inflated into the vacuum suction cup, causing the vacuum suction cup to change from negative pressure to zero pressure or slightly positive pressure, and the vacuum suction cup will detach from the object to be lifted, thus completing the task of lifting and transporting heavy objects. Vacuum suction cup is one of the actuators of vacuum equipment. The suction cup material is made of nitrile rubber and has a large pulling force.

 

Application scope: Applied to various vacuum holding equipment, such as in the construction, paper industry, printing, glass and other industries, to achieve the task of holding and transporting thin and lightweight items such as glass and paper.

 

Disadvantage: Suitable for smooth areas, the material must be smooth and leak proof.

 

Introduction to electromagnetic suction cup:

 

Electromagnetic suction cup is a machine tool accessory product produced based on the principle of electromagnetic force. It generates magnetic force by energizing the internal coil, passes through a magnetic panel, and tightly attracts the workpiece in contact with the surface of the panel. When the coil is powered off and the magnetic force disappears, demagnetization is achieved, and the working principle is removed.

 

Application scope: Workpiece fixing for iron workpieces such as grinding machines, FYMC series electromagnetic sharpening machines, gantry iron beds, gantry planers, etc.

 

Disadvantage: It does not require airtightness or smoothness, but it must be made of ferromagnetic material.
