Vacuum suction cup, also known as vacuum lifting device, is one of the actuators of vacuum equipment. Generally speaking, using vacuum suction cups to grip products is an inexpensive method. There are various types of vacuum suction cups, and suction cups made of rubber can be operated at high temperatures. Suction cups made of silicone rubber are very suitable for grasping products with rough surfaces; Suction cups made of polyurethane are very durable. In addition, in actual production, if oil resistance is required for suction cups, materials such as polyurethane, nitrile rubber, or ethylene based polymers can be considered for manufacturing suction cups. Usually, to avoid scratching the surface of the product, it is best to choose suction cups made of nitrile rubber or silicone rubber with corrugated tubes. The suction cup material is made of nitrile rubber, which has a high tensile strength and is widely used in various vacuum suction devices.

characteristic:

1、 Easy to wear and tear. Due to its general use of rubber and direct contact with objects, it experiences severe wear and tear, resulting in rapid wear and tear. It is a pneumatic vulnerable component. That's why it stands out so prominently among many pneumatic components.

2、 Easy to use. No matter what material the object is made of, as long as it can be sealed and leak free, it can be used. Electromagnetic suction cups are not suitable, they can only be used on steel and cannot suck on other materials such as plates or objects.

3、 No pollution. Vacuum suction cups are particularly environmentally friendly, do not pollute the environment, and do not produce light, heat, electromagnetic, etc.

4、 Not damaging the workpiece. The vacuum suction cup, made of rubber material, will not cause any damage to the workpiece when sucking or placing it. However, hook type lifting equipment and steel cable type lifting equipment are not suitable. In some industries, the requirements for the surface of the workpiece are particularly strict, and they can only use vacuum suction cups.

working principle:

Firstly, connect the vacuum suction cup to the vacuum equipment through a connecting pipe, and then come into contact with the object to be lifted such as glass, paper, etc. Start the vacuum equipment to suction, creating negative air pressure inside the suction cup to firmly suck the object to be lifted, and then start to transport the object to be lifted. When the object to be lifted is transported to the destination, it is smoothly inflated into the vacuum suction cup, causing the vacuum suction cup to change from negative pressure to zero pressure or slightly positive pressure, and the vacuum suction cup will detach from the object to be lifted, thus completing the task of lifting and transporting heavy objects.
