Performance in a compact size

Building off the same architecture as the UR20, the UR30 offers extraordinary lift in a compact footprint with superior motion control ensuring the perfect placement of large payloads. With the ability to handle higher torque, the UR30 opens the door for precise screw driving and the 30 kg payload brings productivity to everything from machine tending with multiple grippers to palletizing heavy parts.

The UR30s high torque joints and force torque sensor allow for straight, consistent screw driving even in areas difficult for humans to reach and steady mode prevents protective stop while maintaining safety. 

 

 

 

 

 

What's in the box

The UR30 standard order includes a UR30 robotic arm, a control box, a 3PE TP (teach pendant with an integrated 3-position enabling device), a power cable and a cable between the arm and the control box, as well as documentation.

Application kits or other options are not part of the standard UR30 package and must be ordered separately. 

 

3PE teach pendant

By default, the UR30 is delivered with a 3 position enabling devices, a so called 3PE TP. The teach pendant contains our market leading software PolyScope to control the cobot with and ensures optimal safety, when working closely to the robot.。

Controlbox

Build for any environment, the standard controlbox of the UR30 only weighs 12 kg (26.4 lbs) and offers a holders to attach the TP for optimal storage. The controller serves as the centralized hub for power, safety features, and communication, providing a compact and efficient solution for managing the operation of the UR30 system.

 

 

 

 

True payload performance

Future-proof your facility with a cobot which enables you to grow with your tasks. When requiring to lift heavy objects over the maximum distance, do not limit yourself by the way your end-effector is mounted. If the objects require a change of how they are being lifted, resulting a shift in the center of gravity, the UR30 will support you in this change.

Strength redefined

The UR30 is no longer bound by its namesake but will now offer an increased payload capacity of 5 kilograms, bringing the total payload to 35 kilograms for certain movements. By redefining the way the UR30 can be utilized we’re empowering you with solutions that can improve production and strengthen your business.
